Prospectus is working with a brilliant environmental charity that is seeking to plant the largest continuous forest in England near Stratford-upon-Avon. The charity is called the Heart of England Forest and so far they have created 4,000 acres of new woodland. That's more than 1.8 million trees. And their dream is for it to become 30,000 acres.
They are looking to bring on a permanent part-time Development Manager to work three days a week or 24 hours per week on building their major donor programme. They have some great buy in from the community around South Warwickshire and have a famous news presenter as the Chair of their Trustee Board who has opened up his contacts for the organisation to develop. The team are realistic about the time it will take to develop the programme and build the income stream so you will not be expect to deliver income until you're well established.
The role is paying a full time equivalent salary of £46,875 per annum or £30,000 actual for the 24 hours per week. This role can be permanently home based but the post holder will need to get to the office in Dorsington for occasional meetings when restrictions allow in the future. When the role develops in a year or two with a more established income stream there could be the option to do more hours and/or make hires into the team.
