Following the arrival of a newly appointed CEO, a dedicated and highly impactful charity is looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager to join the team during an incredibly exciting time. This is a permanent opportunity based in West London.
You will be actively responsible for the strategic planning, implementation and management of the charity's website and all digital channels. With a huge emphasise on developing their supporter engagement strategies to ensure an increase in financial income, you will also play a pivotal role in expanding their clinical donor base, whose acquisition is fundamental to fulfilling the organisation's mission. As the leader of the Digital Marketing team and managing 3 direct reports, you will inspire and cultivate innovative and creative new ways of developing content and integrating marketing and communications programmes and initiatives while providing support for the team on a day to day basis.
As a Digital Marketing professional with extensive experience of leading the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, you will have strong and practical knowledge of the potential that an effective digital communications can provide. Solid line management skills are crucial, as is the desire to nurture and develop a team of individuals. As a natural collaborator you also will relish the chance to engage with cross-departmental working to contribute to a unified approach.
