Digital Marketing Manager

Prospectus is delighted to be working with a music therapy charity to recruit for their new Digital Marketing Manager. Every day they use the power of music to enrich the lives of people affected by life-limiting illness, trauma, isolation, social exclusion, or disability.

Please note this is a full-time permanent position being offered on a hybrid working basis.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing various digital marketing channels, including but not limited to email, CRM, SEO, PPC, website and paid media. This role involves creating marketing strategies that resonate with diverse audiences and achieve desired outcomes. In addition to this the Digital Marketing Manager will people lead (manage) two members of the team, providing them with valuable coaching and delegating tasks when necessary. Furthermore, you will identify key digital trends and test out new marketing campaigns to bring awareness to the charity’s work and purpose. The Digital Marketing Manager will lead on and develop digital marketing strategies to help the organisation increase engagement, improve user journeys, user experiences and grow income.

To be considered for this role you will possess experience and knowledge in developing websites, SEO, email marketing and other related online tools. You will have a passion for and understanding digital trends and have demonstrable experience in developing and leading marketing strategies. You will have the ability to multi-task multiple projects and ensure things are running smoothly. You will enjoy collaborating with other teams and a range of business partners and have experience in increasing conversation rates, writing emotive copy possess the strategic knowhow to raise money through digital marketing.
