We are proud to be partnering with an International Human Rights and Campaigning Organisation. We are working together to find a full time Digital Marketing Specialist. The purpose of this job is that the postholder will work with the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist in delivering their non-financial supporter retention programme with a focus on email marketing.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will deliver cross channel retention strategy for non-financial supporters ensuring the organisation maximises the potential of available tools and platforms. You will use the charity's Email Service Provider to create engaging, effective and inspiring emails, as well as report on email results, evaluating the effectiveness of activity and identifying gaps and opportunities for testing. You will also be responsible for managing the email calendar- review briefs, schedule emails and brief the Data team. Another responsibility will be to design and oversee a programme of training for internal stakeholders to ensure they are confident in using Email Service Provider. The Digital Marketing Specialist will provide internal consultancy to Digital Engagement, Fundraising and Data & Insight Teams to optimise email and SMS journeys for supporter retention in order to achieve the organisations strategic goals.
You will also be able to innovate and improve the way things are done. Make time to increase knowledge and skills and guide others to do the same. You will be able to identify gaps and opportunities within a supporter experience and implementing innovative solutions to generate impact and engagement.
This role is to start on the 4th July and will run for around 4 months with a view to extension.
