Our client is a well-established grantmaking charity, under the leadership of a passionate and ambitious new CEO are making bold, progressive change to transform the lives of people living with disability. A new Director role marks their commitment to impactful discretionary funding.

The Role

The Director of Grants and Impact will lead, shape and oversee grant-making and wider impact work - including capacity building, strategic partnerships and advocacy. The role offers an opportunity to build on an existing platform that is poised for innovation and growth. It offers an opportunity to lead transformational change, nurture and develop a talented team, whilst contributing expertise and energy to the Executive Team.


The Person

With experience of leadership within an organisation which is seeking to build transformational growth, including maintaining a high performing team culture, leading and line managing others to develop and grow. You have extensive experience within the voluntary sector as well as a good understanding of community groups working for social change; you should have grant-making or comparable analytical experience at a senior level and are able to manage high volumes of varied work operating to tight deadlines.
