Job Title: Director of Programmes
Salary: circa £55,000-£65,000 (dependent on experience)
The Director of Programme, a newly created role, will provide inspirational vision and leadership through the next stage of our journey. Working closely with the Chief Executive you will play a vital role as a key member of the Senior Management Team, with responsibility for delivering significant elements of our strategic plan. Duties will include providing effective delivery of our portfolio of core programmes, developing new and existing partnerships and maximising the overall impact and efficiency of activities in line with organisational strategic objectives.
We are looking for a passionate, inclusive and emotionally aware leader with proven experience of working with children and young people. You will demonstrate high levels of personal credibility and act as ambassador for the organisation, cultivate positive relationships and engaging across a diverse range of stakeholders. With an empowering leadership approach, you will balance the strategic and operational demands of the position, whilst building a high performing and motivated team.
