Prospectus is delighted to be working on behalf of a well-established membership organisation dedicated to responsible business to appoint their new Diversity and Inclusion Strategic Project Adviser. This is a unique opportunity to spearhead our client's larger projects on inclusion strategies. Reporting to the Head of Strategy, you will be part of our client's Advisory Services team which sits within their Strategy & Advisory Directorate. The team works with companies to advance and accelerate their responsible business journeys across a range of issue areas, including race, gender, age and wellbeing.
The main purpose of the role involves being the go-to person for the organisation's large-scale inclusion projects. This includes creating bespoke inclusion strategies as well as identifying, scoping and supporting the delivery of these projects (identification, project design, bid management, resourcing, costing, proposal writing, delivery). You will work in collaboration with the Advisory and Membership teams to secure these projects bringing innovation to the way they design, scope and deliver large-scale inclusion projects from proposal to evaluation. A large part of the role will be managing project teams and delivering the work yourself.
We are looking for a candidate with in-depth knowledge and passion for diversity and inclusion issues with prior experience of managing large scale projects in this area. You will also be adaptable at identifying future challenges and trends. In addition to excellent subject matter expertise you will also have excellent client relationship management and project management skills, with the ability to meet and exceed business development targets.
