How to apply
Our client, one of London's leading art and design institutions, is looking to recruit a temporary Editorial Assistant to provide key support within the Communications and Marketing team.
As the Editorial Assistant, you will work closely with programme leaders to ensure all content is complete and ready for publishing. You will be responsible for chasing late and incomplete submissions and be the main point of contact for email enquiries from students, troubleshooting common problems as and when they arise. You will also be required to identify missing fields from submitted online information and liaise with students to rectify these issues.
To be considered for this post, you will have previous professional experience within a similar capacity, along with strong communication skills and attention to detail. Sufficient editorial/proofreading experience is essential to this post, coupled with familiarity with google productivity suite (google sheets and gmail). Experience of CMS systems is desirable although not essential to this post. With the ability to work independently and proactively, you will have the confidence to deal with a wide variety of people and prioritise competing deadlines
This post will be running for the duration of June, so you will need to be available over this time without planned leave.
