Prospectus is delighted to be working on behalf of a compelling impact-focused social investment fund to appoint their new Executive Administrator (Private Clients).

This is an outstanding opportunity within the organisation's Private Client Department that offers opportunities for personal and professional development.

Reporting to the Head of Private Clients, you will play a key role in supporting the team's administration and overseeing diary management, dashboards, business travel logistics and communications. You will provide top support to business development activities and you will organise internal and external meetings ensuring that any related data is accurately recorded and fed into reports.

To be successful, you will be a positive, self-motivated and meticulous professional with a proven record of success working in an administrative support position. Alongside solid analytical and interpersonal skills, you will have experience of working in a customer-service oriented role and a genuine interest in the world of charities and social enterprises. It is desirable but not essential to have charity experience and exposure to tracking leads/prospects and working with Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
