Our client, a leading London University, is looking for an Executive Assistant on a temporary basis to provide key support and oversee the smooth running of the faculty. The post will run for 3 months in the first instance, and will be based on site 2 days a week and remotely the remainder of the week.
Providing an efficient, confidential and professional service, the post holder will carry out a wide range of administrative duties, including acting as the first point of contact, dealing with enquiries, managing correspondence, maintaining the director's diary and organising travel. You will also be required to plan and coordinate delivery of training courses, workshops and events as well as a calendar of meetings, following up on actions, taking minutes and organising and maintaining databases. In addition, there will be a requirement to assist with financial matters involving processing transfers and tracking expenditure.
In order to be considered for this post you must be available immediately and have previous experience of working in a senior PA/EA role within a Higher Education setting. With excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload, you will have excellent communication skills and be confident in dealing with people at all levels of seniority.
