Our client, a leading London university, is looking to recruit a part time Fundraising Compliance Assistant (20 hours per week). The post will be hybrid working - 40% in the office with Monday's currently specified as one of the days they are in the office (Holborn) ideally.
The Fundraising Compliance Assistant will play a key role in supporting the administration of the Fundraising and Supporter Development team to enable the team to work compliantly in line with the regulations set by the Fundraising Regulator, Charities Commission. This post will monitor the compliance inbox and ensure tickets are triaged and allocated correctly to allow quick response times and enable detailed reporting. You will support with gathering the relevant details to complete and submit data breach forms to the central Information compliance teams at the college and charity partners.
In order to be considered for this post, you will have previous experience of working in a similar fast paced administrative role, with a good understanding of the importance of compliance, ideally from within a university, or the wider not for profit sector. A high degree of proficiency and strong attention to detail, along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages. You will be extremely well-organised and proactive, and used to thinking ahead.
