Prospectus is working with a local elderly charity to recruit for a new Fundraising Coordinator to join a vibrant team. This role is offered on a three day a week, 12 month contract basis with flexible working and occasional weekend, paying circa £27,000 per annum.
Your role will be to support the development of the organisation's fundraising and communications strategy on who they should be approaching and how. They already have some established income from trusts, small corporates, and individuals, making this role a blend between existing and new relationships. This position will report into the Chief Officer so will gain a great insight into the general working of the organisation.
They are looking for someone with a proven track record of writing successful grant funding applications from trusts and foundations. You will also have the ability to develop and implement business and fundraising strategy with minimal supervision.
