Prospectus is delighted to be working once again with London's Air Ambulance, the charity providing advanced trauma care across the capital. They operate a helicopter and rapid response vehicle service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, carrying out critical care procedures at the scene. A global leader of rapid response and critical care, they bring the hospital to the roadside to ensure that seriously injured people receive urgent treatment immediately. They are now looking a Fundraising Manager (Face to Face) to develop plans to drive their fundraising income over the next five years.
The team is looking to secure a candidate able to start in July 2020 to ramp up face to face planning and campaigns toward the end of the summer. Initially offered on a six month contract, this role has the potential to become permanent later in the year.
This is a broad and varied role, with responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of the Face to Face Fundraising department. You will be responsible for growing acquisition for the organisation’s Lottery and regular Giving programmes through Face to Face campaign activity. This is a huge area of new donor acquisition for London’s Air Ambulance and you will be responsible for managing agency partner relationships as well as ensuring the smooth running and high performance of the in-house team of F2F fundraisers.
London's Air Ambulance is looking for a tenacious individual with the ability to work autonomously. With great communication and customer service skills, you will enjoy building partnerships with external stakeholders. Most importantly, you will be a calm problem-solver with a solutions-focused approach and a particular ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Crucially, you will have experience of developing and delivering supporter acquisition campaigns through face to face fundraising and experience of monitoring return on investment of acquisition activity.
This is an incredibly people focussed role and you will have the chance to build positive and fruitful relationships across many areas while working with a great fundraising team. If this sounds like an exciting opportunity, we urge you to apply!
At Prospectus we invest in your journey as a candidate and are committed to supporting you in your application.
