Prospectus is delighted to be working with national charity fighting homelessness to recruit a Grants Support Manager who will report to trust and institutional donors and support the administration of funding won. It is not a donor facing or fundraising role and you will not have an income target. So if your passion is for seeing projects and grants come to life, facilitating them and reporting back on their impact, as well as building strong interpersonal relationships this could be your perfect role.
The overall purpose of this role is to set up, project-manage, report back on and close new large-scale, multi-year grants, work closely with delivery teams and help identify and design new projects where appropriate. You will work closely with the fundraising team at start of grant to understand the funder, project and what has been agreed, ensure relevant project monitoring processes and templates are set up and relevant project monitoring processes and templates are set up.
To be successful as a Grant Support Manager you will have a demonstrable track record of managing high value gifts from trusts/Lottery or similar institutional funders, including demonstrating an understanding of their needs and reporting back to them in detail. The ability to problem-solve, work in a fast-paced environment with thoroughness and excellent attention to detail is also key.
