Prospectus is delighted to be partnering with the Royal Parks to appoint their new Grants Manager. The Royal Parks is the charity that manages over 5,000 acres of diverse parkland, rare habitats, and historic buildings and monuments in eight Royal Parks across London.
A fundraising role focused on relationships and support for the Royal Parks, the Grants Manager is a pivotal appointment in a successful and ambitious development department. Working close with the Head of Development, the successful candidate will design, develop, and write high quality proposals that can fund the work of the Royal Parks capital projects and programmes. The Grants Manager will build relationships across the organisation and will prepare high quality funding proposals that are strategically relevant to new and existing funders.
The selected candidate will have proven success in writing applications for significant grant funders, ideally at the six and seven figure income level. You'll have experience of working with project teams and senior management to bring together knowledge and expertise to ensure bids and approaches are successful. The successful candidate will enjoy building long-term relationships with grant makers through personal stewardship too.
