Prospectus is excited to working with a national health charity to recruit for a new Head of Community Fundraising. You will manage a large team that has a wide programme of supporter acquisition and retention products with a view to increasing income for the charity.
The role is offered on a fixed term contract full time basis paying circa £46,000 per annum to be home based until at least the September with their office based in Central London.
The role leads the organisations community fundraising team, empowering them to develop new community fundraising products, push for digital innovation opportunities, provide good all-round supporter care and stewardship to their supporters, improve the regional community fundraising team and achieve acquisition targets in community fundraising. Your real focus will be on leading the team to develop an excellent community supporter experience, with relationship fundraising principles at its core, to help them build long-lasting relationships and enable future growth.
They are looking for someone with demonstrable experience in direct marketing campaign management, working with external suppliers to deliver direct marketing campaigns and community fundraising products. Ideally you will have a background in mass participation, individual giving backgrounds, and experience in digital marketing campaigns.
