Are you a great multi-tasker with HR and Office Management experience?
Prospectus is supporting a fantastic charity that supports the film/television/animation/games industry in developing careers and creating an inclusive workforce. The overall purpose of this role is to oversee the office management and provide HR support and compliance. You will work with the organisation to review their operational requirements and processes and make recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness. You will also line manage two people, complete risk assessments and manage outsourced relationships. Supporting the HR function by completing all administrations, supporting with organisational change and helping manage staff is a big part of this role.
To be successful as a HR and Office Manager, it is essential to have experience managing a busy office, have excellent administration skills and a knowledge/background in providing HR support. You will have excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills and the ability to learn quickly.
