Job Description

Prospectus is proud to be working with an exciting international animal charity to help them recruit for a new HR Assistant. This position is offered on a full time, permanent basis paying £28,000 £32,000 per annum, based in their central London office near Russell Square.

You will focus on supporting the Associate Director with the performance of all HR related functions within the organisation. This will include talent attraction and recruitment as well as on boarding, induction and staff development, among other things.

They are looking for someone who has proven experience within a HR role with an awareness of the latest developments within employment legislation. You will be an excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills to ensure you work well across a range of stakeholders within the organisation. You will have strong attention to detail and be able to handle sensitive topics with discretion and tact.
