We are proud to be partnering with Turn2Us to recruit for their new Human Resources Assistant. Turn2Us is a national charity that provides practical information and support to people facing income shocks and financial insecurity.
This role is being offered on a hybrid basis on a 6-month fixed term contract.
The Human Resources Assistant will work closely with hiring managers to gather documentation for job postings, ensuring accuracy in job descriptions, salary information, and contract details. Their contribution will be vital in developing recruitment packs for various roles, coordinating recruitment meetings between hiring managers and the HR team, and documenting all recruitment processes using Turn2us’s IT systems. In addition to this the HR assistant will be part of the induction process, sending timely welcome emails to new hires, assist in planning HR induction meetings, and set up employee files for each new starter.
The ideal candidate for this position will be highly organised, possessing strong oral and written communication skills. You will have a good grasp of administration and be familiar with Microsoft Suite. You will have a proactive approach to planning and prioritising work and have an interest in HR.
