Our client, a representative body for a leading university, is currently seeking to recruit an HR Manager on a full time, temporary contract for services until February 2020.
This role forms a key part of the Operations Team with overall responsibility for the organisation's HR service and central administrative support. Working to tight and competing deadlines, the HR Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing all elements of HR, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations and employee engagement. This role is central to the successful delivery of the organisation's delivery of their new strategic plan and to ensure the best student experience.
The ideal candidate will be an HR generalist with a prominent knowledge of HR service provision, including issues surrounding payroll, pensions, policy implementation and recruitment. They will also be confident at demonstrating best practice. Due to the nature of this role, this person will work autonomously and strong prioritisation and time management skills are essential.
