Prospectus is proud to be partnering with the largest trade union in the UK. We are working together to find an outstanding HR Support Administrator. It is a full time and temporary role.
The HR support administrator will carry out the general administration for the HR department. You will manage the HR inbox and other incoming mail and answer the telephone. You will ensure the HR system accurately reflects current staff conditions and details, and this includes inputting starters and leavers, change of details and checking the recording of sickness and other leave. You are going to maintain training schedules, arrange course venues and liaise with delegates. You will assist in ensuring that payroll instructions are prepares and logged in time for the monthly payroll run and submitted to the payroll department.
You will need to have previous experience in an HR administrative capacity. You must be confident to use HR systems like Cascade. You will have to be either CIPD level 3 qualified or working towards to achieve this qualification. You need good IT, communication and organisational skills. You need the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
