Prospectus is excited to be working with the National Autistic Society, a leading membership based disability charity, to help recruit for a new Individual Giving Assistant. This is a brilliant role to kick off your fundraising career in an organisation that is member led and fighting for better service provisions. This role is offered on a full time permanent basis paying up to £21,000 per annum to be based near Angel Tube Station.
You will initially be tasked with assisting in the logistics and invites to the Annual General Meeting that will be held later in the year. The role will then progress to assist 3 managers in the Individual Giving Team to produce copy, reach out to members and handle incoming communications. This is an excellent chance to learn about fundraising from an organisation that is leading in their field.
They are looking for someone who has good customer services skills, confidence to speak with a wide variety of people and an understanding of Autism. For this role you will not have needed professional experience but a passion for the cause and an understanding of fundraising is a must.
