Greenwich and Bexley Community Hospice are an amazing local charity, caring for over 2,500 people living in the Boroughs of Royal Greenwich and Bexley every year. They achieve this by providing free high-quality, compassionate care and support to people with all types of terminal illnesses, their families and their carers.
As the Individual Giving Manager you will take a leading role in managing an individual giving team of four, to raise £1.6m per year from Regular Giving, Fundraising Appeals, In Memory, Legacy and Lottery fundraising. Having seen an increase in individual and regular givers over the last year, this role will also have the exciting opportunity to create fundraising strategy that will focus on creating excellent stewardship journeys for new and existing donors.
To be successful in this Individual Giving Manager opportunity, you will have proven experience of successfully achieving seven figure income targets through individual giving fundraising. You will have a good understanding of how to use and segment fundraising data, ensuring fundraising campaigns and communication is relevant to various audiences. You will also have proven line management experience and examples of creating and implementing new fundraising processes within an individual giving role.
