Do you have significant leadership/interim experience and enjoy helping an organisation through a transitionary period?
If you are a commercially astute leader who understands how to critically assess and proactively support and develop a business and its people we would love to hear from you.
You will be working with a committed and engaged Board of Trustees, and an equally engaged and enthusiastic team, to steer the organisation through a period of transition and development. This will include focussing on and supporting the team through to systems, processes and procedures development. There is also potential to lead on a new facilities project.
The organisation is a vibrant social enterprise that supports young people living in London with barriers to enterprise to start and run their businesses, offering resources for all stages of entrepreneurship, working with young people from the very early stages of considering a business idea, to those who have already started.
