Do you know your way around CRM databases and understand their importance within an organisation?

Prospectus is delighted to be supporting a well-known charity in their search for an Interim Database Manager. The scope of this role covers database management, project management, service delivery, business analysis, team management and compliance. The overall purpose of this role is to ensure CRM delivers the best possible information across multiple teams.

As a Database Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders to help scope and specify requirements, lead the database team to ensure reports, data and processes are in place to allow audience insight and manage training and development for CRM users. You will also work to continuously improve the systems, contribute to budget setting and keeping up to date with compliance and data protection.

To be successful in this role you will have experience of managing a CRM database, promoting effective ways of working, developing workflows, processes and schedules and delivering user training.
