Interim Director of Income and Engagement
Four Month Fixed Term Contract
£60,000 to £65,000 per annum
The Interim Director of Income and Engagement will be tasked with hitting the ground running to bring in additional income from trusts, foundations, corporates, individuals and statutory sources. The post holder will take on a strategic leadership role within the organisation and help lead Fight for Peace by bringing in new partnerships and income sources. The post holder will be responsible for leading, managing and developing an outstanding team including Head of Alliance, Senior Partnerships Manager, Communications Manager and Jamaica Country Lead with clear responsibilities, targets and accountability.
The selected candidate will have significant experience of generating income for a charity, and proven expertise in prospecting new donors and partners from a range of sources including individuals, corporates, trusts and foundations, and public sector. The ideal candidate will have experience of contributing to a senior leadership team and providing strategic leadership to move an organisational forward quickly.
