Prospectus is delighted to be helping a well-known cancer charity in their search for a Lead CRM Database Analyst. The scope of this role covers database management, project management and service delivery, business analysis and relationship management and compliance. The overall purpose of this role is to support the Database Manager in managing, developing and maintaining the charity's CRM, including providing insights and data selections and ultimately ensure data is managed as effectively and efficiently as possible. Delivering in-house ongoing training is also a big part of this role as you will help design and implement a training strategy.
As a Lead CRM Database Analyst, you will manage all aspects of data imports, run integrity checks, develop new structures for reporting, design and implement new reports as requested and ensure all data is managed within relevant legislation. Working with stakeholders to define data requirements, you will act as the internal help desk and maintaining an integrated approach to data management is also important.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience of CRM database management, be comfortable with investigation, evaluating and implementing solutions to support organisations goals and understand how to deliver user adoption training. You will be confident in building relationships with internal stakeholders and able to prioritise a diverse workload.
