Prospectus is delighted to be working with The Teaching School Hubs Council to recruit their brand new Learning Content Specialist.

Please note this role is being offered on a 1 year Fixed Term Contract until August 2023 and will be home based with some occasional travel to London, a few times a month.

Teaching School Hubs Council is the sector body for Teaching School Hubs. They advocate for a great education for every pupil regardless of their background and supports the national network of Teaching School Hubs in England.

As the Learning Content Specialist, you will play an integral role in ensuring the effective content design and facilitation of the Teaching School Hub support programme. Working closely with the TSH national network and its leaders, you will ensure the programme meets the needs of TSHs as well as conduct ongoing analysis to feed into and inform the design of the support programme content.

The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience in effective teacher and leader training and an exposure to development programmes design and delivery. You will be skilled in facilitation, content development and relationship management and passionate about contributing to the success of the recent teacher and leader training and development reforms.
