Job description

This an exciting opportunity to join Prospectus, a registered B-Corp and the leading not for profit sector recruitment company on a 12 month contract as our Marketing and Communications Manager. You will support our team to engage candidates and clients across a range of channels and specialisms, reinforce our brand values and position Prospectus as the recruiter of choice in the sector.

About the role

 

Working closely with our Senior Management Team, you will deliver a programme of content and events across e-marketing, events, social media and podcasts. This will include a set programme of content a well as identifying new opportunities to engage our candidates and clients and reinforce the brand of Prospectus. Amplifying voices from diverse backgrounds will be at the heart of your approach.

This is a standalone position but works closely with one of our Managing Directors. You will work across all of our divisions and this is a role where you will be involved in direct delivery as well as idea generation. You will be comfortable with data - using it to both understand success and inform future strategy.

Ultimately, we hope that over the 12 months contract you will be able to challenge us and help shape the direction, strategy and future success of the marketing and comms function at Prospectus.

 

About you

 

You might have experience in the commercial sector or not for profit sector - what is important is your ability to understand our position and opportunities for our brand in the marketplace Experience of working in a communications and marketing environment and contributing to an organisation's communications strategy. Experience of producing communications materials in a variety of mediums and for a variety of audiences.
