Prospectus is delighted to be supporting a leading health charity as they look to recruit a new Marketing Manager. This role will help give a voice to the service users of the charity and challenge perceptions. You will also work to widen the exposure of the organisation so that people who could be helped by the charity are aware of the services that they offer.
The Marketing Manager will lead on the delivery of the organisations advertising and marketing campaigns, which includes liaising with external media and advertising agencies. You will also take the lead on campaign monitoring to help make tactical decisions to maximise success. From this, you will also work on campaign evaluation, making sure learnings are understood and communicated to the whole organisation. This post will also line manage the Marketing Officer.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience within a similar role. You will have broad and extensive knowledge of mass audiences and how best to engage a wide variety of audiences through paid media. You will also have experience with campaigns, ideally on a national level, as well as strong analytical experience to understand and communicate campaign activity and success.
