Prospectus is excited to be working with a leading health charity to recruit a Mass Participation Manager. Join a charity that strives to create a world where diabetes can do no harm.
You will be responsible for project managing the charity’s existing mass participation products to meet and exceed agreed financial and participant recruitment targets. You will also create new mass participation events all the way through prototyping and testing to launching, with the objective of developing new and sustainable income streams.
You will contribute to event marketing strategies by liaising with internal and external agencies on design and digital. You will be able to improve campaign performance with data driven and insight led decisions. You will be able to develop implement and evaluate marketing strategies and communication plans.
You will engage and acquire existing and new supporters by ensuring an excellent supporter experience. You will work closely with the Community and Events Fundraising Team to maximise the value of all events fundraising activity. You will prepare and manage income and expenditure budgets, ensuring the best return on investment. You will have experience of project managing successful mass participation events or high-level marketing campaigns.
This location for this role is flexible, and so the candidate can be based anywhere in the UK and can be home based, office based or a mix of home working and office based.
