Lankelly Chase's vision is a world of justice, healing and liberation, where all people can live with dignity and opportunity in supportive communities.
The organisation's mission is to work with and resource partners to change systems of injustice and oppression that result in the mental distress, violence and destitution experienced by our most marginalised citizens. They focus on power, culture, mindsets and relationships, all of which are key to understanding the dynamics of complex interlocking systems.
Prospectus is pleased to be working with Lankelly Chase to recruit a new Office & Administration Assistant to provide capacity to the team in these times of ever increasing demand for the work of the organisation.
The Office & Administration Assistant will work closely with the Head of Operations to ensure that Lankelly Chase provides a supportive and welcoming environment for its staff, partners and stakeholders. Working alongside the Place Inquiry Administrator, this person will provide administrative support to the Programmes team and will be responsible for administering funding and grant making processes, as well as assisting in the updating of the SALESFORCE CRM The role will also involve assisting with wider Operations, team and facilities administration, helping provide a 'Front of House' service for callers, as well as some involvement in scheduling internal and external meetings.
Lankelly Chase seeks to model the behaviours that they wish to promote in the world so they are looking for someone who is creative and who looks for resources and solutions rather than problems in people and situations. This role will work as an integral part of a small team where all voices are valued so this person needs to be open to join in the conversation and be part of an inquiring, inclusive and progressive environment. Someone who is intellectually curious and thoughtful and comfortable with change.

Broad administration including diary management, minute taking and event coordination will be important as will a collaborative and approachable nature.
