Prospectus are pleased to be supporting The Reach Foundation in their search for an Office Manager who will support and ensure the smooth running of the Foundation.

As the Office Manager, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and wider team to ensure the smooth day-to-day management of all key administrative functions including HR, IT and Events. A key part of this role will also be to support some of the core functions within Finance, this involves ensuring the organisation's book-keeping is accurate and in line with budgets and process purchases, invoices, expenses and payments to suppliers. The role of Office Manager will be varied and will evolve with the needs of the organisation as it continues to develop.
The successful candidate will have proven administrative experience with excellent organisational and communications skills. You will have a proactive approach to working with a 'muck in' attitude and a willingness to support a team and have experience with financial records management as well as experience with grants administration. A meticulous, proactive, solution-focussed approach to supporting the staff team's administrative needs will be key to the success of this role.
