Prospectus is delighted to be partnering with The Sainsbury Family Charitable Trusts to support their search for a Part Time Operations and Facilities Manager. Our client is an exceptional group of grant-making charitable trusts working in several fields such as the environment, education, international development, disability, art, social inclusion, etc.
Based in Victoria, they are currently looking to recruit their first Operations and Facilities Manager who will work closely with the Director of Finance and Resources to ensure smooth running of the office environment and continuous improvements are maintained effectively and efficiently. You will be supporting the delivery of annual plans and budgets across the office and take responsibility for all workplace safety and security. You will line manage the Receptionist and Administrative Assistant as well as manage and develop relationships internally and externally with landlords, property agents and local authority.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience managing facilities functions with budgetary responsibilities and experience of implementing process improvement plans across an organisation. You will have a pragmatic approach to problem solving and be thoughtful of how decisions may affect the running of the organisation. You will require substantial experience of workplace safety, ideally with a NEBOSH qualification, and great communication and relationship building skills.

This role is part-time, ideally 25-30 hours spread over five days.
