A dedicated and impactful health charity is looking are recruiting a Personal Assistant to support a newly appointed CEO. This is a permanent opportunity based in leafy Chiswick.
You will provide day to day support to the Chief Executive by proactively coordinating their diary, scheduling appointments in line with priorities and crucially acting as their first point of contact. Alongside broader administrative tasks, you will also be involved in various projects and ad-hoc tasks that will ensure the CEO is working as effectively as possible!
It is essential that the successful candidate recognises the urgency and importance of enquiries and fielding all correspondence, whilst consistently ensuring confidentiality and knowing the best approach to communicate information and in what capacity.
Having worked in a similar capacity, you will be confident in managing all administrative aspects of an executive support role. Proactive in your approach, you will strive to build a productive and mutually beneficial relationship which will enable the CEO to maximise their performance and delivery. You will be experienced in managing a diverse and broad workload while also maintaining a consistent output that demonstrates a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail. Importantly, we are seeking personable individuals who will relish the opportunity to develop productive internal and external relationships and who has a conscious and measured approach to communication, especially while representing the CEO via correspondence in their absence.
