Our client, an established charity, is looking to recruit a part time Head of Operations to oversee the effective delivery of their core services.
The role will entail ensuring the effective performance of the charity's IT, finance and HR functions. The ideal candidate will lead our people strategy including our work to develop a more inclusive and diverse workplace, manage health and safety, GDPR and support well-being in the workplace.Â The Head of Operations will be responsible for the management of the core service budget, focusing on obtaining maximum cost value while always looking for improvements and investments that reduce errors or risk, improve efficiency and open up new income sources.Â
The right candidate will have a strong background in operations or accounting in the commercial, charity or public sector. Demonstrated experience of managing a finance function is a must, alongside knowledge of HR best practices, project and budget management. The ideal candidate will have line-management experience and the want to thrive in a diverse and inclusive environment.
