Prospectus is delighted to be working with St Mungo's to help them recruit for a new Partnerships Manager who will focus on corporate partnership development. At St Mungo's their vision is that everyone has a place to call home and can fulfil their hopes and ambitions. As a homelessness charity and housing association, their clients are at the heart of what they do, and in 20/21 they supported 31,620 people who were either homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Their staff are crucial to making this happen.
This position is offered on a permanent full-time basis paying £42,000 per annum with a hybrid model of office and home working, and an attractive flexible annual leave scheme.
The post holder will be responsible for securing new corporate partners across a variety of sectors and types (including strategic, charity of the year, commercial and brand) to help St Mungo's achieve the ambitions of their new five-year strategic plan. They are proud to have long-term strategic partnerships with a range of businesses including Jo Malone London, Taylor Wimpey, Nationwide and Barratt Developments who share their commitment to ending homelessness and rebuilding lives.
They are looking for someone with demonstrable experience successful in either a sales, fundraising, recruitment or account management role, and have developed significant new partnerships. The ideal candidate will have worked on establishing five figure corporate partnerships whilst working in a charities.
