Prospectus is pleased to be partnering with the Thyssen-Bornemisza Art Contemporary Academy to appoint their new Philanthropic Partnership Lead. The TBA Academy uses artistic intelligence to find radical solutions to the problems faced by the ocean. Based in London and working with the team in Vienna too, the Lead will build relationships with a warm base of philanthropic support here in the UK and internationally.

The Philanthropic Partnership lead will work predominantly with the Director TO develop and implement a short, Medium and long term major gifts strategy in line with the values and goals of the TBA Academy. Leveraging the extensive network of the foundation's founders and teams to develop relationships with major donors, you will also play an important role in developing strategic discussions across the organisation, leading and inspiring colleagues at every turn.

The selected candidate will have extensive experience in the field of fundraising and will ideally have significant experience of securing at the six and seven figure level. You will have a keen interest and knowledge of contemporary art and will be able to generate your own activity in a start-up organisation. You will be an excellent relationship manager and will enjoy working with artists and philanthropists alike.
