At the core of Unlocked Graduates is a new leadership programme that will get top graduates into prisons working as frontline prison officers for two years. At an exciting time for the charity, they are currently seeking a Programme and Events Manager to support the delivery of their frontline programmes and yearly events.
As their Programme and Events Manager, you will work with a significant budget and a small, talented team to deliver training, events and opportunities that are on par with leading graduate programmes. Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will work across the full breadth of their programme delivery to ensure as well as taking a leading role in the planning and delivery of their events.
To be successful, you will be a strong project manager with significant experience in programme and events coordination. You'll be a self-starter with a collaborative approach combined with experience of managing the full-cycle of delivery programmes with ambitious targets and significant budgets. Finally, you will have strong leadership potential, combining exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to oversee continual improvements of the delivery of events and programmes.
