Job description

Prospectus is proud to be supporting a national youth development charity, specialising in enterprise education and financial education. Our client work directly with young people, as well as teachers, volunteers and influencers in order to build a successful and sustainable future for all young people. They are now recruiting for a dynamic Programme Manager to oversee two of their financial education programmes, delivered across primary and secondary schools throughout the UK.

As our client's new Programme Manager, you will oversee the daily operational support of 2 core financial education programmes, offering highly interactive ways of introducing financial capability, resilience and teamwork to children and young people in primary and secondary schools. Both programmes operate digitally, and so the Programme Manager will have responsibility for the ongoing development and maintenance of digital delivery platforms, as well as other delivery tools. The Programme Manager will also maintain regular communications with stakeholders, and will be confident in reporting programme.

To apply for this role, you will have proven operational programme management experience and knowledge of the development and delivery of education programmes, focussed on children and young people. You will have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, and will have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a range of stakeholders. You will have significant experience of thinking and planning strategically to achieve successful organisational outcomes, and will be comfortable with working independently. You will have excellent analytical skills, with an understanding of enhancing user experience, streamlining processes and problem solving with limited resources. A working knowledge of WordPress is also essential for this role.

Please apply with a Word Document version of your CV (cover letters are not required at this stage). A full job description will be provided to candidates shortlisted by Prospectus.

Interviews to take place on Friday 10th January
