We are proud to be partnering with a sustainability focused charity. We are working together to find an outstanding Interim Recruitment Advisor. It is a full time, temporary role offering hybrid working.
The Interim Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for working effectively with hiring managers to draft recruitment adverts. You will be leading internal and external recruitment campaigns for line managers and director's including updating online job boards through an external provider. You will produce recruitment metrics as and when required. You will ensure invoices for recruitment advertising are accurately processed.
You will be CIPD qualified or working towards it. You will have demonstratable experience of working in a recruitment focused role at advisor level. You must have experience of working within a busy HR function and fast paced environment. You will need to have strong knowledge of UK employment legislation including, GDPR & EDI. You must have the ability to support end to end recruitment campaigns through completion.
