Support will include the transition from their own accommodation to the new tenancy, proactively working with the landlords through the first 6 months of tenancy. The support will be person centred specific to the resident and designed to develop independent living skills that enable them to maintain their tenancies and connect with community resources.
To be successful, you will have demonstrable experience and understanding of a range of approaches appropriate to working with challenging behaviour including current drug and/or alcohol use, antisocial behaviour and complex needs. You will have previous experience of working with a caseload of client in a trauma-informed way combined with the ability to produce and approach referrals, needs and risk assessment and building positive reports with residents, colleagues and stakeholders.
