Our client is a leading London University and they are currently looking to recruit a temporary, part time Resource Scheduler to manage and support the scheduling, booking and resourcing for programmes across the department.
As their Resource Scheduler, you will work closely with other senior members of the department to source and book faculty, contributors, guest speakers and learning suppliers. You will manage the provision of these resources across specific programmes, scheduling them and opening up opportunities to those suitable for the programmes. This will often involve liaising with stakeholders of all levels, both internally and externally.
To be successful in this position, you will have previous experience in a similar role where you have managed resourcing and procurement, ideally within a higher education setting, and will have worked with CRM, Scheduling and Procurement systems. You will have excellent organisational skills and be methodical and systematic in your approaches. Crucially, you will possess the ability to communicate effectively, particularly with senior stakeholders.
The position is being offered on a temporary and part time basis, working 21 hours per week. The postholder must be available to start immediately and the post is looking to run for around 3 months, so you will need to be able to meet these timeframes.
