Prospectus is delighted to be supporting a national education foundation as it looks to recruit a School Liaison Manager. Â Despite the excellent efforts of schools to support home learning this year, many pupils have missed out. As the education sector gears up for the new term, there are growing concerns about the widening attainment gap between ages of 3 -18. This new programme will be developed to engage and support organisations' that offer tutoring services to a variety of demographics. This position is offered on a 12-month fixed term contract.
As their School Liaison Manager, you will support a government-funded sector led initiative to support schools to address the impact of closures on pupils' learning. From autumn 2020, they will make high-quality tuition available to schools, providing extra support to help pupils who have missed out as a result of school closures. Reporting to their interim Partners Director, you will play a crucial role by serving as the key point of interaction between senior school leaders such as Headteacher Associations, Multi-Academy Trusts, Local Authorities, as well as education regulatory bodies and EEF's NTP Partners team.
To be considered, you will have significant understanding of the education sector combined with the ability to effectively project manage national reach programmes. This is a crucial role for the organisation, and as such, you will possess the ability to develop and cultivate effective relationships and partnerships with a range of stakeholders at all level, based on trust and mutual respect. Finally, the ability to work under-pressure is essential, as is flexibility and a proactive approach.
