£20.87 - £24.55 per hour + (+holiday pay)
Job description

Our client is a leading medical and dental school offering international levels of excellence in research and teaching. This role is based within one of the main departments in the school and will contribute to the aims of the unit through acting as the lead in the area of data management for clinical research, which will also include line management and supervision of work for more junior colleagues

This post will oversee all data management activity across the study life cycle with a focus on liaison, advise and support to the study teams and researchers. You will lead on the development and review of data management processes and documentation, whilst planning and project managing activities across the research studies, as this is a management post you will also directly line manage and supervise more junior colleagues.

To be considered for this post you will have worked in a similar post previously at a senior level in clinical data management across the full lifecycle, along with holding clinical data management certification, and previous project management experience. You will have prior working knowledge of systems such as OpenClinica, RedCap, MACRO, Rave. A solid understanding of information governance and regulatory framework for data protection and management including the data protection Act 2018 and GDPR

This post is being offered on a temporary basis for 6 month initially, and to be considered you will ideally need to be available to start as soon as possible.
