Prospectus is excited to be supporting a multi-award winning, creative and innovative organisation in their search for a new Senior Digital Marketing Manager to drive and deliver the sustainable long-term growth of income from digital fundraising.
This organisation is for children affected by war. They are a specialist charity for children in conflict; delivering high-impact programmes that are rebuilding lives across Afghanistan, Iraq, Uganda, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Central African Republic and Yemen. This position will play a crucial role in communicating the organisation's work as well as raising vital funding.
You will be reporting to the Head of Supporter Engagement, working with colleagues across the organisation and line managing a first-rate Digital Manager. As Senior Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the digital communications strategy for owned, earnt and paid channels approaches to support the organisation's objectives to raise income and advocate for change. You will also oversee (as well as continually maximising) the digital marketing approaches to meet these objectives.
To be successful in this role you will be a highly experienced digital fundraiser with some experience in line management. You will also be analytical and be able to take an evidence-led approach to enhancing digital performance - including areas such as digital advertising, pay-per-click, digital influencer marketing.
