Senior Donor Relations Lead
Reports to the Director, Global Programmes & Operations
£70,000 to £75,000 per annum depending on experience

FILE is seeking to recruit a Senior Donor Relations Lead to lead fundraising activity at FILE. This challenging position requires a highly experienced and creative foundation professional, who will play a pivotal role in enabling FILE to achieve their ambitious growth targets. This is a hugely exciting time to join the FILE team as we look to double their income over the next two years, enabling them to significantly grow their grant portfolio of impactful legal interventions.
A newly created position within the Foundation that will report directly to the Director, Global Programmes and Operations, you will design and deliver FILE's fundraising strategy and lead on FILE's funding pitches. Working closely with FILE's Executive Team and across FILE, the role will both actively steward their portfolio of existing donors, as well as securing the financial support from new sources needed to grow our income sustainably - and consequently grow the field sustainably. They are looking for candidates with substantial experience of success working with or for large international foundations or institutional funders.
