Job description

Prospectus is excited to be supporting Make-a-Wish to support their search for a new Senior Individual Giving Manager. This role will entail both direct and digital marketing campaigns to support the organisation's ambitious growth over the next 3 years.

The Senior Individual Giving Manager will play an important role in the development and delivery of an individual giving strategy and will deliver a multi-channel direct marketing programme. This role will work collaboratively with the wider Fundraising and Marketing Team, for example, partnering with the Support Care Team to ensure supporter journeys are maximising lifetime value and that new supporters are stewarded towards further engagement.

The successful candidate will be able to build strong relationships with colleagues to co-ordinate activities. The Senior Individual Giving Manager will need to have previous experience of managing multi-channel direct and digital marketing programmes for a range of audiences. This is an exciting opportunity to build on previous success and bring your own individual giving income generating ideas to an organisation that makes a positive difference to the lives of seriously ill children.

Make-a-Wish offer flexible working alongside other benefits.

At Prospectus we invest in your journey as a candidate and are committed to supporting you in your application. In order to apply please submit your CV in the first instance and begin to prepare your supporting statement. Should your experience be suitable, we will send you the full job description and will arrange for a call and/or meeting to brief you on the role. You'll then have all the information you need to formally apply. We are looking forward to speaking with you soon.
