Prospectus is excited to be working with War Child to help them recruit for a new Senior Individual Giving Manager to join a growing team. War Child is a specialist charity for children affected by conflict. For more than two decades they've delivering high-impact programmes that are rebuilding lives across Afghanistan, Iraq, the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Central African Republic and Yemen.
This position of offered on a full-time permanent basis to be home based during the pandemic with an eventual part time return to the London office, paying circa £40,000 per annum.

The post holder will be responsible for managing three key Individual Giving areas (Supporter Care, Challenge & Community and Supporter Retention) as well as overseeing critical campaigns and a stewardship retention programme, in order to drive income and achieve their strategic objectives. The post holder will also work closely with the Head of Supporter Engagement to shape their mass marketing strategy. You will be responsible for the on-going monitoring, continuous improvement and success of a programme, that provides low risk, unrestricted income, crucial to the organisations future.
They are looking for s an experienced senior fundraiser, that has demonstrable knowledge of and success in mass market channels and direct marketing with experience working on and developing individual giving products. Ideally, they are looking for someone who has experience budgeting and forecasting seven figure I&E budgets, developing life-time value forecasts and attrition models and using a range of KPIs to monitor and predict performance.
