Prospectus is thrilled to be supporting a high profile cancer charity in their search for a Senior Marketing Manager who can lead national multi-media marketing campaigns and drive fundraising activity.
The overall purpose of the role is to develop full marketing plans and agency briefs, ensure the brand is accurately reflected across all materials and guidelines are followed, and continually monitor and refine products and propositions. You will carry out in-depth analysis of campaign performance and apply learning for future plans, monitor and forecast against expenditure and maintain expert industry knowledge and best practise. You will be a champion for the organisation's values, drive cross-team collaboration and deliver inspirational and supportive line management. Building relationships with stakeholders, working with external suppliers and leading the management of campaigns to provide excellent customer service are also vital to this role.
To be successful as a Senior Marketing Manager, it is essential to have knowledge of forecasting, planning and multi-channel management, and experience delivering strong campaigns. You will be comfortable planning and delivering a year of marketing, using insight to develop positioning and analysing channel performance. Experience briefing external marketing agencies and taking new ideas to market is important.
